Get To Know
Carlee
Hi, I’m Carlee!
Welcome to Mosaic Montessori—where curiosity is encouraged, muddy boots are a given, and every detail (from emails to event flyers) gets a little extra love.
I’m the Office and Marketing Manager, which means I’m juggling calendars, coordinating events, updating parents, and making sure our school’s personality shines through every sign-up link and social post.
I come from a background in design and small business support, so I’m all about keeping things clear, helpful, and just a little bit delightful. Whether I’m crafting a newsletter or troubleshooting a tech hiccup, my goal is to keep the behind-the-scenes running smoothly so the kids (and teachers!) can thrive.
When I’m not in the office or dreaming up new ways to spread Montessori magic, you’ll probably find me wrangling my own kiddos, feeding someone snacks, or creating something colorful with a coffee in hand.
Let’s make this a joyful place to learn, grow, and connect—together.
