Hello! I’m Ashley Owen-Kachikis (Ms. O-K), and I’m absolutely thrilled to be a part of the Mosaic Montessori community! I grew up right here in the Valley, attending school from K-12, and recently moved back after buying our first home with my little family, Mr. O-K and our kiddo. It feels great to be back in such a special place.

For the past decade, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting, advocating for, and learning from neurodiverse children and adults. My experience spans various settings, from summer camps and assisted living to working as a special educator in public schools. My journey to Mosaic was a bit serendipitous! At Christmas in Carnation, my family hosted the goat petting zoo, and our booth happened to be next to Christine’s. I had been dreaming of new career possibilities, and that chance encounter made those dreams a reality. I’m so excited for this new chapter!
